What is a Wild & Free Box?
Wild & Free Boxes are boxes filled with beautiful, organic pregnancy and baby products, that are non-toxic, eco-friendly and vegan options too.
Each box is specific for your stage of pregnancy or baby’s age and developmental stage, and contains between 2-4 products. You can subscribe to receive it each month.
How does it work?
We want to make your life easier. We source the best natural, organic and (if requested) vegan products for you, so that you can spend more time with your baby and less time finding products! We provide you with a box every month that is designed to fit perfectly with your stage of pregnancy, or your baby’s age and development.
How are the products selected?
Wild & Free is about bringing you the best quality natural, organic and non-toxic baby and pregnancy products. Babies are so sensitive, they have immature systems and they’ve still got so much growing to do! This means we are very strict with what brands are featured in our boxes. Our quality control includes ensuring products are organic (certified where possible), made of safe and natural materials, and produced with the environment in mind. When choosing our products, we also consider the climate, and fill our boxes according to seasons (so you’re not left with a warm winter knit in the middle of summer!).
While we do our best to ensure the best quality products, we cannot guarantee your baby won't have an allergy to one of our products. If your baby has a reaction to something, we would love to hear about it.
Can I purchase a subscription as a gift?
Absolutely! You can choose to purchase a subscription and pay upfront for a set number of months. You’ll notice when you pay that there is an option to add an extra address, as well as a personalised message with your gift. How nice!
How are the boxes priced?
Monthly: Wild & Free Boxes are priced on a monthly cycle, depending on which style of box you choose. This means you are charged every month, a few weeks before your box arrives.
Upfront: You can also opt for an upfront payment, paying for your entire subscription in one go.
What if I buy a box as a gift and the baby shower/party is before the box is sent out?
We love it when you’re organised enough to purchase a gift box ahead of time. But, when you’re not, send us an email and we will attempt to send it to you earlier. If we can’t process it any faster, we will send you a beautiful card which explains to your friend where their gift is, and when it should arrive.

How do you know what age box to send?
When you register, you will be able to let us know how old your baby is, or how far along you are in your pregnancy. Then as you progress through your subscription, we keep track of what box you and your baby need! Simple!
How do you decide what is right for my baby’s developmental stages?
Drawing on my knowledge and experience with baby brain development from my career as a baby chiropractor, I am confident that the products I place in each box are specific for your baby’s age and developmental stage.
What age do you go up to?
We start literally at conception of pregnancy, all the way up to 12 months of age.
Do Wild & Free Boxes come out every month of the year?
Yes, they do! It doesn’t matter how old your baby is, or how pregnant you are, you can start any month you like.
Subscription monthly payments are processed via Chargebee, and independent company. We have chosen them because of their security in holding your details, and the ease at which customers can cancel any subscription instantly.
Can I cancel?
If for any reason at all you aren’t satisfied, cancelling monthly subscriptions is very easy. Just send through an email and we will organise this for you via Chargebee. You need to do this at a minimum of 48 hours prior to payment processing (the same date each month of your first payment), as we cannot refund you once payment has been processed.
Refunds are not given on upfront payment options, unless your product is faulty or not as described, and you are dissatisfied with the option of a replacement. Personal circumstances will be considered with refunds.
What is the cut-off and when do boxes get shipped?
The cut-off for each month is the 5th at 5pm. Boxes are shipped between the 12-15th of the same month.
I need to change my address! How can I do it?
It is as simple as sending us an email. Please send us change of details before the 10th of each month.
This goes for requesting products in your regular subscriptions (eg. if your baby is teething or needs some more bottom balm) - send us an email and we will make it happen.
What are the shipping costs and policies?
We currently only ship within Australia.
We use Sendle for all our shipping requirements. They will send you an email when your parcel is on it’s way, and when it has been delivered.
We take no responsibility for incorrect addresses, so please ensure you’ve given us the correct address.
All boxes are shipped between the 12th-15th of each month, regardless of when your order was placed. As long as it’s before order cut-off, that is!
My box hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?
Send us an email including your account name/details, so that we can track your box for you.
Please note, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses or parcels marked as ‘delivered’.
